Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston Served by the priests of The Companions of the Cross
We are delighted that you are interested in membership at the Catholic Charismatic Center. We are designated as a 'public oratory' (see canon 1223 in the Code of Canon Law). This means that we are not designated as a proper parish (canon 515). There are many people from all over the diocese who belong to their proper parish in their geographical area and are members of the Catholic Charismatic Center (herein CCC).
Membership: By registering as a member, we can notify you of upcoming events that you may be interested in. We can track what events you have already attended and suggest what the next step could be in your spiritual faith journey. We also are in need of many people to assist in various events in various capacities. This is why we want to know what your gifts are and how we can engage you into the life of the CCC as you and the Lord see fit.
There are two types of Membership:
CCC Member: This is someone who would often attend the Sunday liturgy, sacramental preparation, or as a team member of various committees. This is also a person who understands and supports the mission and vision of the centre. If this is you, check the box as a CCC Member
CCC Associate Member: This is someone who is attending a course, study or ministry outreach at the CCC, but is a regular member of an existing parish. If this is you, please check the box as a CCC Associate Member
Please fill out the registration form below and someone will contact you to see if you are interested in an orientation to the CCC.
At the ORIENTATION SESSION you will hear about the mission and vision of the CCC. We have a variety of ministry opportunities and activities. We will discuss how you, and if you have a family, your family can be actively engaged in the life of the centre.
